Ease Healing Retreats started with a simple idea: to help others find Peace in the chaos of everyday life. Our founders, longtime seekers of Healing, wanted to share the benefits of Healing by intentionally carving a space of peace and awareness for one self.
Today, we envision building a community of Healing through mindfulness, stillness and self reflection in a cultural setting.
