Books
Some journeys take us across the world. Others take us within.
I have spent much of my life traveling between countries, cultures, and people.
Yet the journeys that changed me most were not measured in miles.
They were the ones that asked me to look inward.
These books were born there—in the space between what happens to us and who we choose to become.
They are stories of being human. Of falling, healing, remembering, laughing, releasing, and beginning again.
Not written from a place of having all the answers.
Written from having lived the questions.

Book 1
The Space In Between
A Memoir of Becoming
Forthcoming
Perhaps healing is not about becoming someone new.
Perhaps it is about meeting the person who was there all along.
The Space in Between is part memoir, part exploration of what it means to heal.
From a childhood shaped by Morocco to building a life across cultures and continents, Moulay Hicham traces the experiences that formed him—the wounds we carry quietly, the identities we inherit, the lives we construct, and the moments that finally ask us to stop running from ourselves.
Through lived experience, therapy, neuroscience, meditation, yoga, somatic practice, and energy healing, the book explores the invisible territory between what happened to us and what becomes possible when we begin to understand it.
It is not a story about a perfect healing journey.
It is a story about becoming conscious inside an imperfect human one.
Because somewhere between who we were
and who we are becoming
there is a space.
And sometimes, that is where healing begins.
Book 2
The Five Travelers
Five Seats. Five Ways of Surviving. One Journey Home.
Forthcoming
We are all carrying something when we board the plane.
After nearly three decades in the air, Moulay Hicham has encountered thousands of travelers.
Some made him laugh.
Some tested his patience.
Some broke his heart.
And some, without ever knowing it, became his teachers.
Inspired by real encounters aboard aircraft, The Five Travelers weaves humor, humanity, and the unexpected intimacy of travel into an exploration of five ways we move through life:
The Victim.
The Survivor.
The Warrior.
The Thriver.
The Transcender.
Each has a story.
Each has a purpose.
And each lives somewhere within us.
The invitation is not to throw any of them off the plane.
It is to become conscious enough to recognize who has taken the controls.
Because all five travelers may have a seat.
But you were meant to fly the plane.
CONNECTING THE ECOSYSTEM
After the two books, please create a spacious transition into:
ONE JOURNEY. MANY DOORWAYS.
Healing has never spoken only one language.
Sometimes it arrives through stillness.
Sometimes through movement.
Sometimes through another culture, a conversation with a stranger, a story that recognizes something in us—or a page we return to years later and finally understand.
My work as an author, founder of Ease Healing Retreats, Somatic Wellness Practitioner, Pranic Healer, and lifelong traveler may take different forms, but it comes from one intention:
To create spaces where healing can begin.
A retreat is one doorway.
A book is another.
The destination has always been the same:
a deeper return to ourselves.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Moulay Hicham
Born in Morocco and shaped by nearly three decades of international travel, hospitality, and human connection, Moulay Hicham writes from the intersection of lived experience and the healing practices that transformed his own life.
His path has taken him from the skies to the stillness of meditation; from Morocco to the United States and India; from service and leadership to somatic wellness and Pranic Healing.
He is the founder of Ease Healing Retreats, where the same philosophy that lives within his writing takes physical form through intentional journeys centered on culture, connection, presence, and healing.
But before the titles, practices, and places, there is something simpler:
A human being still learning.
Still becoming.
And willing to write from the space in between.
